WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log Oct. 16 – Nov. 7 involved charges against four, for charges including child molestation, unlicensed driving and Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment.

Warwick RI Trooper Log: Warwick Arrests Oct. 16 – Nov. 7
Child porn, child molestation On Oct. 16, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Jeremy Giguere, 37, of 26 Law Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) First-Degree Child Molestation; 2) Production of Child Pornography; and 3) Possession of Child Pornography.
Giguere was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, held without bail, and transported to the ACI.
Missed court, domestic assault On Oct. 17, at 2:38 a.m., troopers arrested Dominic Alves, 27, of 261 Warren Ave., East Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
Fugitive, on child molestation charge On Nov. 4, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Warwick Police Department arrested Anthony Marzilli, age 47, of 7 Elberta St., Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the State of Florida for Probation Violation on an original charge of Child Molestation.
Marzilli was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Warwick Police Department on scene, recorded in the Warwick RI Trooper log.
Unlicensed driving charges, missed court At 11:12 p.m. Nov. 6, troopers arrested Gina Reyes, 29, of 85 Blackstone St., Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving No Application for License originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department Police and 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the Original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in Cranston. Reyes was processed at the State Police- Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Women’s Intake Center.
Wanted for cyberstalking, cyberharrassment On Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024 at 12:20 a.m., troopers arrested Jovantey Mendes, 30, of 460 Pine St., Providence, Rhode Island, for an affidavit and arrest warrant out of the West Warwick Police Department for Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment.
The arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in Providence. Mendes was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing before being turned over to the West Warwick Police Department.
Wanted in MA On Nov. 7, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Joshua Fuller, 33, with a last known address of 18 Lancaster Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive of Justice from the State of Massachusetts. Fuller was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he declined to waive extradition proceedings. Fuller was granted $50,000 double surety bail, recorded in the Warwick RI Trooper log
