Warwick Arrests March ’26: Fraud, Assault, Larceny

WARWICK, RI — WPD March 2026 Warwick arrests included charges for DUI, assault, larceny, hit & run, fraud, and embezzlement.

Warwick Police made 188 arrests during this period, according to Warwick Police records. Below are the  basic details of specific Warwick arrests, followed by the numbers of arrests for each charge.

March 2026 Warwick Arrests Details

Embezzlement On Friday, March 6, at 9:19 a.m., Officer Matthew Caradimos arrested Shannon L. McMaugh, 47, of 56 Eastman St., Warwick, RI, charging her with Embezzlement and Fraudulent Conversion, greater than $100. She was arraigned later that day in Third Division District Court, scheduled for an April 13 court screening, and released on $5,000 personal recognizance, with a no-trespassing order.

Computer Access for Fraud On Friday, March 27, at 1:13 p.m., Officer Anthony J D’Abrosca arrested Hugh Martin, 37, of 22 Parsonage St., Apt. 197, Providence, RI, charging him with Obtaining Property By False Pretenses/Personation between $1,500 and $5,000, and accessing a computer for fraudulent purposes. He was processed in Third Division District Court that day and scheduled for a court screening on the charges for June 29, and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.

Felony Assault, Robbery On March 15 at 8:02 p.m., Officer Jake R Reddy arrested Christian Hunt, 27, of 1342 Main St., Apt. 2, West Warwick, RI, charging him with First Degree Robbery, Felony Assault and/or Battery, Vandalism and Disorderly Conduct. He was arraigned March 16 in Third Division District Court, and scheduled for a bond hearing on March 26, April 6, and finally April 9. He was held without bail.

Felony Assault On Thursday, March 19, at 9:34 p.m., Officer Gian A Micheletti arrested Paula Gonsalves, 38, of 271 Market St., Apt. 2, Warren, RI, charging her with Felony Assault and/or Battery, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of Crime of Violence, Possession of a Loaded Weapon in a Vehicle, and Disorderly Conduct.
