January 2026 Warwick Arrests Details
Stolen vehicle possession On Saturday, Jan. 17 at 7:18 p.m., Officer Tyler Luiz arrested Sean Borden, 20, of 55 Bettys Pond Road, Hyannis, MA, charging him with possession of a stolen vehicle, first offense. He was scheduled for an April 20 court screening in Third Division District Court, granted permission to leave the state, and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.
Felony assault On Saturday, Jan. 17 at 11 a.m., Officer Brian Holleran arrested Ahmad Abdelbast Mohammad, 32, of 293 Knollwood Ave., Cranston, RI, charging him with felony assault and/or batter and disorderly conduct. He was released that day on $5,000 Personal Recognizance and scheduled for an April 13 court screening in Third Division District Court.
Embezzling On Wednesday, Jan. 14, Officer Maxwell Neiley arrested Rafelina R. Burgos, 39, of 572 Public St., Apt. 2, Providence, RI, charging them with embezzlement and fraudulent conversion. Here Feb. 10 arraignment in Third Division District Court was continued until Feb.24.
Larceny On Jan. 25 at 3:52 p.m., Officer Tyler Luiz arrested Arden E. Casiano, 48, of 900 Post Road, Apt. 43, Warwick, RI, charging him with larceny, less than $5,000. He is scheduled for a Feb. 24 arraignment in Third Division District Court.
Larceny On Tuesday, Jan. 13, at 11:17 a.m., Officer Edmund Pierce arrested Ignacio F. Fuentes, 58, of 21 Terrace Ave., Pawtucket, RI, charging him with larceny, less than $5,000. He was arraigned Feb. 10 in Third Division District Court and scheduled for a Feb. 16 pretrial conference and released on $1,000 personal recognizance.
