Warwick Arrests Dec. 2025: Unlicensed Pistol, Felony Assaults

WARWICK, RI — WPD December 2025 Warwick arrests included charges for DUI, larceny,  domestic violence, unlicensed pistol possession, felony assault and illegal drugs.

Warwick Police made 170 arrests during this period, according to Warwick Police records. Below are the  basic details of specific Warwick arrests, followed by the numbers of arrests for each charge.

December 2025 Warwick Arrests Details

Unlicensed pistol carry, illegal feed device On Tuesday, Dec. 30 at 1:03 p.m., Officer Frank P Matarese arrested Michael B. Looper, 41, of 200 Park St., Apt. 215, Attleboro, MA, charging him with:

  1. License or permit required for carrying pistol – Other weapons prohibited.
  2. Large capacity feeding devices prohibited.

On Dec. 31, Looper was scheduled in Third Division District Court for a March 25 court screening and granted permission to leave the state. On Jan. 2, his bail was set at $10,000 persona recognizance.

Felony domestic assault On Dec. 5, Officer Raymond Pendergast arrested  Warwick Water Infrastructure Program Manager Michael S. Dipetrillo, 48, of 56 Deerfield Drive, charging him with felony domestic assault, domestic vandalism and drug possession (Adderall).

DePetrillo was arraigned on the charges Dec. 11 in Third Division District Court, scheduled for a March 2, 2026 court screening on the charges, and released on $5,000 (@10%  $500.00) bail with pretrial services and a domestic no-contact order as conditions of his release.

Felony assault On Tuesday, Dec. 16, at 6:10 p.m.,  Officer Nicholas A Manocchio arrested Melissa A. Hunt, 46, of 400 Narragasett Parkway, Apt. #EC3, charging her with felony assault, simple assault, and disorderly conduct. 

Hunt was arraigned on the charges on Dec. 16 in Third Division District Court, then released on $5,000 personal recognizance, with Non-Domestic No Contact Order. She is scheduled for a March 16 court screening on the charges.

B&E, Domestic assault, vandalism  On Wednesday, Dec. 31, Officer Normand G Guilbert arrested Frankie Derisier, 27, of 57 Gladstone St., Cranston, RI, charging him with

  1. Breaking and entering a business
  2. Domestic violence, simple assault
  3. Domestic violence, vandalism, first offense
  4. Domestic violence, disorderly conduct, first offense

Derisier was arraigned in Third Division District Court Jan. 6, released on $10,000 personal recognizance and issued a Domestic no-contact order. He is schedule for a March 23 court screening.
