WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Sept. 26 – Oct. 5  involved charges for DUI, domestic violence, shoplifting and vandalism.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police RI Trooper Log Warwick arrests:

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Sept. 26 – Oct. 5

The following Warwick arrests were recorded by RI State Police between Sept. 26 and Oct. 5:

Centerville Road DUI At 10:28 p.m. Sept. 28, troopers arrested Jordan Churchill, 41, of 45 Aberdeen St., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Domestic violence, indecent material On Sept. 30, the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Warwick Police Department arrested Albert Kielczewski, 25, of 11 Overton St., 1st Floor, Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for the following: 1) Domestic Violence – Cyberstalking; and 2) Unauthorized Dissemination of Indecent Material.

Kielczewski was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Warwick Police Department on scene.

Wanted in Warwick for Shoplifting At 12:14 a.m. Oct. 1, troopers arrested Wendy Gadrow, 47, of 18 Acorn Court Unit F6, Wakefield, Rhode Island, for 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Shoplifting over 100 – 2nd Offense originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department. 2.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Shoplifting over 100 – 2nd Offense originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department. 3.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Shoplifting over 100 – 2nd Offense originating out of the Warwick Police Department. 4.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Shoplifting over 100 – 2nd Offense originating out of the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Gadrow was processed at Scituate Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women’s Intake Center.

No contact order violation At 9:49 p.m. Oct. 1, troopers arrested Jaleal Ramirez, 29, of 329 Prospect St., Apt. 24, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Violation of a No Contact Order-3rd or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in Warwick.

Ramirez was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court where he will be presented as a bail violator.

Wanted on vandalism warrant At 6:50 a.m., troopers arrested Madison Watson, 20, of 569 Power Road, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the North Providence Police Department for the charge of Vandalism.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Warwick. Watson was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the North Providence Police Department.

DUI, Jamestown At 10:43 p.m. Oct. 4, troopers arrested Lisa M. Couture, 33, of 350 Samuel Gorton Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – .15 or Greater First Offense (Phase I: .224% BAC, Phase II: .223% BrAC).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Beacon Avenue, in Jamestown. Couture was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult with a pending Second Division District court appearance.

East Avenue Stop, DUI charge At 3:30 a.m. Oct 5, troopers arrested Nelly Mazuelos, 45, of 18 Mansfield St., Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.

The arrest, among several Warwick arrests during this week, was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Mazuelos was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult with a pending Third Division District court appearance.
