WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Oct. 10-21 involved charges for DUI, robbery and larceny conspiracy.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Oct. 10 – 21

The following Warwick arrests were recorded by RI State Police between Oct. 10 and Oct. 21:

 

At 10:55 p.m. Oct. 15, troopers arrested Scott Huston, 53, of 919 Ethan Allen Road, Berwyn, PA for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC – .15 or greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.174% & Phase II: 0.175%). The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to an erratic operator on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Huston was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 9:15 p.m.  Oct. 15, troopers arrested Jovanna Nunez, 36, of 307 Hunt St., Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant Issued by the Rehoboth Police Department for Larceny – Forgery.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Nunez was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women’s Intake Center.

At 12:54 p.m. Oct. 17, troopers arrested Rayneshia Rollins, 28, of 425 Prairie Ave., Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant Issued by the Hingham Police Department for Larceny – Conspiracy.

The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to the Kent County Courthouse in the City of Warwick. Rollins was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed before being transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 1 a.m. Oct. 18, troopers arrested Kevin Griffin, 33, of 93 West Warwick Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.

Griffin was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

On Sunday, Oct. 19, at 2 a.m., troopers arrested Charles Drewery, 48, of 10A Middle St., Cumberland, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick.

Drewery was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

On Saturday, Oct. 18 at 9:34 p.m., troopers arrested Tyreke B. Worley, 18, of 82 Cowesett Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Attempted Larceny over $1,500 and 2.) Injuring or Tampering with a Vehicle originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick.

Worley was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the West Warwick Police Department.

At 12:18 a.m Oct. 20, troopers arrested Isaiah Gasperini, 42, of 6 Pleasant View Ave., Lincoln, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in Warwick. Gasperini was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment in Third Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator.

Stolen vehicle, shoplifting, illegal drugs At 12:18 a.m. Oct. 20, troopers arrested Naisha Franco, 35, of 15 Baker Pine Road, Richmond, RI for 1.) Providence County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Kent County Superior Court Full Bench for Failure to Appear for Review on the original charge of Shoplifting > $100 – 2nd Offense originating out of the Warwick Police Department, 3.) Providence County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on the original charge of First-Degree Robbery originating out of the Central Falls Police Department, and 4.) Providence County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on the original charge of Possession of Stolen Vehicle originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to the ACI – Women’s Intake.

Failed to Appear, illegal drugs, robbery charges At 1:53 a.m. Oct. 20, troopers arrested Scott Gavitt, 44, of 61 Sandro Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Kent County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance originating out of the Warwick Police Department and 2.) Kent County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Second-Degree Robbery originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cowesett Avenue, in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and turned over to the ACI – Men’s Intake Center.
