RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Oct. 6 –
The following Warwick arrests were recorded by RI State Police between Oct. 6 and Oct. 10:
Jefferson Boulevard Stop, Suspended License On Monday, Oct. 6, at 9:15 a.m., troopers arrested Joseph Trott, 44, of 966 Manton Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving with a Suspended License – Special Circumstances (First Offense). This arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard, in the City of Warwick. Trott was processed at the Wickford Barracks and later transported to Third Division District Court where he was presented as a Probation Violator.
Rte. 95 stop, domestic violence charge On Monday, Oct. 6, at 5:30 p.m., troopers arrested Damien Graddy Davis, 31, of 34 Blue Ledge Drive, Boston, Massachusetts, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Simple Assault First Offense, and 2.) Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a domestic disturbance on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Graddy Davis was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court appearance date.
Rte. 95 stop, domestic violence charge On Monday, Oct. 6, 2025 at 5:30 p.m., troopers arrested Deltesha Mitchell, age 31, of 41 Atlantic Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Simple Assault First Offense, and 2.) Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct First Offense.
The arrest was the result of troopers responding to a domestic disturbance on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Mitchell was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court appearance date.
Rte. 95 stop, obstruction charge On Tuesday, Oct. 7, at 10:04 p.m., troopers arrested Samantha Burns, 44, of 19 Bailey St., Cranston, Rhode Island, for Obstructing Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Rte. 95 in Warwick.
Burns was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
Dealing, possession Fentanyl, crack On Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025 at 9:17 p.m., troopers arrested Jesus Matos, 33, of 19 Baily Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Manufacturing / Delivering / Possession with Intent a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance (Methamphetamines),
2.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance 1 Ounce to 1 Kilogram (Methamphetamines),
3.) Manufacturing / Delivering / Possession with Intent a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance (Cocaine),
4.) Possession of Schedule I to V Controlled Substance 1 Ounce to 1 Kilogram (Cocaine),
5.) Manufacturing / Delivering / Possession with Intent a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance (Fentanyl),
6.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance 1 Ounce to 1 Kilogram (Fentanyl),
7.) Possession of Schedule I to V Controlled Substance greater than 10 Grams (Crack/Cocaine), and
8.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Warwick Police Department for Simple Assault or Battery. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and subsequent warrant check conducted by Troopers Phillips and Castaneda. Matos was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court where he will be presented as a Probation Violator.
