WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Jan. 23 – 30 included charges for computer fraud and violating a no contact order.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Jan. 23 – 30

Computer fraud On Jan. 28, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Charles Hanrahan, 75, of 200 Edgehill Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/ Personation over $10,000; and 2) Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes.

Hanrahan was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth District Court date.

No contact violation At 9:30 p.m. Jan. 30, troopers arrested Jandir De Burgo, 28, of 180 Columbine Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the original charge of 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order, 2.) Violation of a Family Court Restraining Order and 3.) Domestic Disorderly, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hillard Avenue in the City of Warwick.

De Burgo was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
