WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Feb. 6 – 13 included charges for receiving stolen goods, public assistance fraud, and DUI.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police RI Trooper Log Warwick arrests:

 

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Feb. 6 – 13

Disabled vehicle check, DUI arrest At 11:55 p.m. Feb. 7, troopers arrested Sean Dempsey, 49, of 71 Frawley St., Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a disabled motor vehicle check/stop on the Airport Connector in the City of Warwick.

Dempsey was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

EG stop, probation violation On Monday, Feb 9 at 1:40 a.m., troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Mason C. Doughty, 40, of, 40 Hollis Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for a probation 32F Technical Violation on the original charge of Manufacturing/Distribute/Possession Schedule I/II Controlled Substance Not Drug Dependent – First Offense originating out of the Warwick Police Department, and 2.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for a 32F Technical Violation on the original charge of Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Division Road in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake.

Receiving stolen goods At 3 p.m. Feb. 11, troopers arrested David Staradumsky, 43, of 112 Staples Ave., Warwick, RI for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods valued between  $1,500 and $5,000 and Conspiracy – Felony Less Than 5 Years. He was scheduled for a May 11 court screening in Third Division District Court and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.

Public assistance fraud On Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, at 12:36 p.m., troopers arrested Murielle Fevry, 43, of 7 Hayley Road, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses/Personation Over 10,000 Assistance 2.) Fraudulently Obtain Public Assistance Over 500 3.) Fraudulent Use of Food Stamps Over 500 4.) False Statement to Obtain Replacement Public Assistance Check Over 500 5.) Giving False Document to Agent, Employee, or Public Official.

The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Trooper McNeany and Troopers responding to the subject’s residence for a warrant check. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed and transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
