WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Dec. 13 – 24  involved charges for DUI, reckless driving, and domestic assault.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Dec. 13 – 26

The following Warwick arrests were recorded by RI State Police between Dec. 13 -24

DUI, Airport Connector At 12:56 a.m., troopers arrested Katherine Muir, 38, of 158 Tidewater Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Airport Connector Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Reckless driving, eluding At 12:17 a.m., troopers arrested Clifford J. Ledrow, 42, of 5455 N Main Street, Apt. 6C, Fall River, Massachusetts, for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement in High-Speed Pursuit – First Offense (Two Counts), 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense, 3.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty, 4.) Vandalism – Malicious Damage to Property, 5.) Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle, and 6.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department on the charges of First-Degree Sexual Assault and Felony Assault.

The arrest was the result of an attempted motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick, followed by a motor vehicle pursuit, which resulted in Troopers apprehending Ledrow in the Town of West Warwick. Ledrow was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

DUI, Rte. 95 On Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025 at 11:14 p.m., troopers arrested Gonzalo D. Mazo, 69, of 121 Tremont St., Floor 3, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of West Warwick.

Mazo was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Domestic assault, strangulation On Monday Dec. 22, at 10 p.m., troopers arrested Oscar Concepcion, 27, of 1403 Mendon Road, Apartment A, Cumberland, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating out of the West Warwick Police Department for 1.) Domestic Assault by Strangulation and 2.) Domestic Simple Assault.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. Concepcion was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the West Warwick Police Department.
