WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the area April 1 – 10 included charges for throwing objects at cars, felony and sexual assault, and DUI.

RI Trooper Warwick Arrests April 1 – 10

Road Rage Call At 5:15 p.m. April 8, troopers arrested Aubra Palazzo, 27, of 218 Pawtuxet Ave., Warwick, RI for 1.) Throwing Articles at Moving Vehicles. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Smithfield Police Department to investigate a road-rage incident that occurred on Route 295 in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court date.

Wanted, Felony Assault On Friday, April 10, at about 6 a.m., members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Andre L. Wilkinson, 47, of 62 Magnolia St., Apt. 2, Cranston, RI, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for Felony Assault and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force.

Wilkinson was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Warwick Police Department on scene.

Missed Court, Suspended License At 9:50 a.m. April 11, troopers arrested Brandon Ovalles, 29, of 165 Norwood Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence.

Ovalles was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake.

Rte. 95 Stop, DUI charge At 12:48 a.m. April 12, troopers arrested Alba Chevez Bonilla, 25, of 977 Chalkstone Ave., Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Bonillawas transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Sexual Assault At 5:15 p.m. April 12, troopers arrested Gregory Case, age 35, of 48 Stokes Street, Warwick, RI for Second Degree Sexual Assault. This arrest was the result of a walk-in barracks investigation and Mr. Case subsequently turned himself into the Wickford Barracks. Mr. Case was processed arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third District Court date.

Rte. 95 Stop, DUI charge At 11:45 p.m. April 12, troopers arrested Raul Secaida Giron, 23, of 17 Coburn St., Framingham, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 to .15 – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
