Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Sept. 20: Assault, Forgery

WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Sept. 13 – 19  involved charges for assault, Forgery/Counterfeiting, disorderly conduct and DUI.

and a man wanted in many communities for receiving stolen goods and shoplifting.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police RI Trooper Log Warwick arrests:

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Sept. 14 – 19

Disorderly conduct warrant At 7:10 a.m. Sept. 14, troopers arrested Nicole Silvio, 36, of 31 Clym St., Providence, RI, on an Active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Warwick Police Department for the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI At 10 p.m., troopers arrested, Aiden Campbell, 31, of 96 Summer Street, Foxboro, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown– First Offense 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Forgery/Counterfeiting On Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 11:04 a.m., troopers arrested Antwyon Mitchell, 29, of 7 Manchester St., Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of Machinery/Plates/Other Contrivance or Incomplete Credit Cards; 2.) Deal in Credit Cards of Another or Forgery of Credit Card; 3.) Forgery and Counterfeiting; and 4.) Possession of Marijuana – More than Two Ounces.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.

Warwick, Coventry warrants for illegal drug possession On Wednesday Sept. 17, at 5:14 p.m., troopers arrested Corey Woodard, 40, of 89 Lonsdale Street, Apartment #6, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, originating out of the Coventry Police Department, 2.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Manufacturing/Delivering/Possession with Intent, originating out of the Coventry Department, and 3.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Manufacturing/Delivering/Possession with Intent, originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 6 in Providence. Woodard was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.

Simple Assault On Sept. 18, 2025, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jonathan Leamy, age 39, with last known address of 215 Tiffany Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Simple Assault.

Leamy was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was granted surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

DUI, Rte. 95 stop At 2:37 a.m. Sept. 19, troopers arrested Sonia Giron, 36, of 301 Maple Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, charging her for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, one of several Warwick arrests during this period.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
