WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Nov. 11 – 15 involved charges for DUI, disorderly conduct, assaulting an officer and missing court.

Psychedelics & Marijuana possession and domestic violence.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Nov. 11 – 14

The following Warwick arrests were recorded by RI State Police between Nov. 11 and 14:

Centerville Road Stop, DUI Charge At 1:04 a.m. Nov. 12, Troopers arrested Alyssa Lambert, 22, of 15 Nestor St., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. Lambert was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Rte. 95 Stop, DUI charge At 11:10 p.m. Nov. 13, troopers arrested Brittany Chambers Scott, 25, of 56 Saint Joseph St., Fall River, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. .15 or Greater– First Offense ( Phase I: 0.159, Phase II: 0.148).

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte 95 in Warwick. Scott was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Disorderly Conduct, Kent County Courthouse At 11:30 a.m, troopers arrested Kurt Cesar, 23, of 11 Morning Star Row, Providence, Rhode Island, for Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers assisting the Capitol Police with a disturbance at the Kent County Courthouse in Warwick. Cesar was held at Third District Court pending afternoon arraignment.

Assault, Kent County Courthouse At 11:30 a.m., troopers arrested Elias Espinosa, 22, of 90 Armington St., Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Assault on a Police Officer and Other Officials, 2.) Simple Assault and/or Battery, and 3) Disorderly Conduct.

Thie arrest was the result of troopers assisting Capitol Police with a disturbance at the Kent County Courthouse in Warwick. Espinosa was held at Third District Court pending afternoon arraignment.

Expired License At 11:51 p.m., troopers arrested Joseph Gomez, 23, of 41 Tome St., Cranston, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment, on the original charge of Driving with Expired License originating out of the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. Gomez was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division Court date.
