WG stop, DUI arrest On Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 12:51 a.m., troopers arrested Alan Menendez Lopes, 25, of 33 Clarence Street, Apt. 2, Brockton, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future Third District Court Date.
Abuse/Neglect of Severely Impaired Adult On March 31, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jordan F. Oliveira, 27, of 15 Prosper St., Providence, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the West Warwick Police Department for Abuse/Neglect of Adult with Severe Impairments. Oliveira was taken into custody without incident and transported to the West Warwick Police Department.
Stolen vehicle, forgery At 11:30 a.m. April 4, troopers arrested Kassondra Gregelevich, 32, of 27 Turner Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Alteration of Vehicle Identification Numbers (3 counts) 2.) Tampering with Odometer, 3.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, 4.) Possession of Stolen Vehicle Parts, 5.) Forgery and Counterfeiting in General, 6.) Conspiracy, 7.) Giving False Document to Public Official, and 8.) Obstructing a Police Officer in Execution of Duty.
The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and subsequent service of a court authorized search warrant for 27 Turner Drive in the Town of West Warwick. Gregelevich was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
Reckless driving At 1:17 a.m. April 5, troopers arrested Jesse Baldwin, 19, of 47 Hendley Court, Middletown, Connecticut, for 1.) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of West Greenwich Police locating a subject on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of West Greenwich, that had fled from a trooper’s traffic stop. Baldwin was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
