1.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V less 10 Grams (Cocaine)
2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge Shoplifting, originating out of the Lincoln Police Department,
3.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge Shoplifting, originating out of the Smithfield Police Department,
4.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge Shoplifting and Conspiracy, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department,
5.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge Shoplifting, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department,
6.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge Shoplifting and Conspiracy, originating out of the Warwick Police Department,

Domestic felony assault At 1:16 a.m. June 4, troopers arrested Damon Morrison, 47 of 144 North Bend St., Pawtucket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Domestic Felony Assault, and 2.) Domestic Disorderly, originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 South in the Town of North Providence. Morrison was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
Wanted in NJ, obstruction charge At 2:10 p.m. June 4, troopers arrested Jeremy Kirk, 35, of 76 Dunham St., Trenton, New Jersey as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Jersey for Failure to Appear on the original charge of 1) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty.
This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Mr. Kirk was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.
Rte. 95 DUI stop At 1:36 a.m. June 8, troopers arrested Spencer Coleman, 49, of 11 Carver Ave., Norwich, Connecticut, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Mr. Coleman was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
WG stop, DUI arrest At 6:21 p.m. June 7, troopers arrested Jonas Fernandez, 42, of 116 Kings St., Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or drugs – BAC 0.15 or Greater First Offense.
The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
Rte. 95 stop , DUI charge At 10:41 p.m. June 8, troopers arrested Eric Hopkins, 52, of 485 Plainfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Violation of a Protection Order – 3rd Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Warwick. Hopkins was transported to the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
