WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  June 29 – July 5  involved charges for DUI and recklesss driving.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests June 29 – July 5

DUI stop, Rte. 95 At 12:33 a.m., June 29, troopers arrested Rene Reyes, 36, of 118 Tobey Street Fl. 1, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 – .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.102% & Phase II: 0.099%).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Reckless driving, Rte. 4 At 2 p.m. July 1, troopers arrested Richard F. Finality Jr.,  54, of 83 Leland Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving-First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 4 North, in the Town of East Greenwich. Finality was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future court date.
