RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests July 1 – 10
Reckless driving, Rte. 4 At 2 p.m. July 1, troopers arrested Richard F. Finality Jr., 54, of 83 Leland Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving-First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 4 North, in the Town of East Greenwich. Finality was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future court date.
Child porn possession On July 2, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Richard Crothers, 29, of 144 Circuit Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography.
Crothers was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and to Third District Court. Crothers was arraigned by the Honorable Judge O’Neill, who issued $10,000 surety bail, with special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet access.
