

COVENTRY, RI — Coventry arrests and other Kent County arrests in the RI Trooper Log Oct. 20- 24 involved charges for DUI, a suspended license and eluding police.

Kent County, Coventry Arrests Oct. 20 – 24
EG stop, suspended license On Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025, at 10:41 a.m., troopers arrested Sarah Manning, 40, of 300 Diamond Hill Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving with a Suspended License – Certain Violations -1st Offense. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in the Town of East Greenwich. Manning was processed at the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks and later transported to Third Division District Court where she was arraigned and presented as a Bail Violator.
Illegal drugs, eluding police On Oct. 22, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Glocester Police Department arrested Micheal Gilligan, 42, of 56 Reynolds Road, Glocester, Rhode Island, on the following:
1) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Violation for an original charge of Obstructing an Officer to Execute Duty originating out of the West Warwick Police Department;
2) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Violation for an original charge of Possession of Schedule I- IV originating out of the Providence Police Department;
3) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Technical Violation for an original charge of Eluding Law Enforcement – Vehicle originating out of the Coventry Police Department;
4) Kent Country Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on an original charge of Possession of a Schedule I – IV originating out of the West Warwick Police Department;
5) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Violation for an original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-IV originating out of the Scituate Police Department;
6) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Violation for an original charge of Manufacturing/ Delivery/ Possession with Intent to Deliver originating out of the Coventry Police Department; and
7) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Violation for an original charge of Eluding Law Enforcement – Vehicle originating out of the Coventry Police Department.
Gilligan was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Glocester Police Department.
Coventry man, DUI charge, EG stop Also among Coventry arrests, On Friday, Oct. 24, 2025 at 1:19 a.m., troopers arrested Kassidy K. Barnatowicz, 24, of 980 Knotty Oak Road, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of East Greenwich. Ms. Barnatowicz was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
WG stop, DUI arrest At 4 a.m.Oct. 24, troopers arrested Caroline Milka, 28, of 98 Blaisdell Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released pending a future Third Division District Court date.
WG Stop, obstruction, resisting arrest At 4 a.m., Oct. 24 troopers arrested Amaryha Bryan, 28, of 56 Nelson St., Providence, RI for 1.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest and 2.) Obstruction. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich.
Bryan was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released pending a future Third Division District Court date.
