Driver, Dozing, Parked in Center of Van Burren Street, Arrested for DUI
When Officer Ryan Lancaster questioned the driver of a gray 2008 Toyota Camry about how many drinks he’d had before parking his car in the center of Van Buren Street and taking a nap Aug. 15 at 2:17 a.m., the man said, “Too many.”
