

COVENTRY, RI —Coventry arrests and Kent County arrests in the RI Trooper Log Feb. 8 -27 involved charges for DUI, disorderly conduct and cyber-stalking.
Here are the basics on those RI State Police Coventry arrests and Kent County arrests:
Kent County Arrests Feb. 8 – 27
Missed hearing At 12:22 p.m. Feb. 18, troopers arrested Kenneth Perez Villaran, 36, of 125 Archambault Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Reciprocal Body Attachment. The arrest was a result of Perez Villaran turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Perez Villaran was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court.
Cyberstalking At 11:06 a.m. Feb. 26, troopers arrested Joseph Domenico, 46, of 71 West Warwick Avenue Apartment A, West Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks for 1.) Cyberstalking and Cyber Harassment Prohibited and 2.) Disorderly Conduct – Threats. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Troopers and the subject being located at his residence. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
Suspended License At 8:40 p.m. Feb. 27, troopers arrested Brendon Laflamme, 31, of 221 Waldo St., Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) an Active Third District Court Bench Warrant for the original charge of Driving with an Expired License originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks and 2.) Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – 4th+ Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Legris Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. Mr. Laflamme was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the ACI – Men’s Intake Center.
DUI, Disorderly Conduct At 2:01 a.m.Feb. 28, troopers arrested Lloyd Card, 32, of 266 Angell Road, Lincoln, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. .10 to .15 First Offense (Phase I: .103% and Phase II: .095%), and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Legris Avenue in West Warwick. Card was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
Hit & Run BOLO At 2:43 p.m. Feb. 28 troopers arrested Scott Chase, 60, of 350 Mishnock Road, West Greenwich, Rhode Island for 1.) Duty to Stop for an Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle.
The arrest was the result of a BOLO from West Greenwich Police Department and troopers subsequently locating the vehicle on New London Turnpike in West Greenwich. Chase was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a justice of the Peace and later released with a future Third District Court date.
