WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the RI Trooper Log  May 20 – 24  involved a man wanted by Warwick Police for embezzlement and a DUI stop on East Avenue.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police Warwick arrests:

Embezzlement warrant At 4:15 p.m. May 21, troopers arrested Miguel Angel Cosme Gonzalez, 46, of 115 Silver Lake Ave., Providence, RI on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Embezzlement originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disabled motor vehicle on Route 195 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

DUI stop on East Avenue At 12:45 a.m. May 24, troopers arrested Rachel McClung, 47, of 176 Scenic Drive, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs B.A.C. Unknown-1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-1st Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in Warwick. McClung was transported to the barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult
