Fentanyl Possession On Friday April 25 at 10:15 a.m., troopers arrested Richard Toles, 48, of 55 School St., Apt. #1, East Providence, RI for 1) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Fentanyl) and 2) an active Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the East Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 37 East in the City of Warwick. Toles was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
DUI, Rte. 117 stop At 1:04 a.m. April 29 troopers arrested Kaylin Marino, 30, of 43 5th Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 1st Offense
This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 117 in the City of Warwick. Ms. Marino was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court Date.
