RI Trooper Log: 9 Warwick Arrests – Crack, Fentanyl, Assault

WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log Feb. 14 – 28 involved charges including  DUI, simple assault, crack cocaine and fentanyl possession, larceny and domestic violence.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police Warwick RI Trooper Log arrests:

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Feb. 14 – 28

Domestic disorderly, domestic vandalism At 11:42 a.m. Feb. 22, troopers arrested Jeremy Roberts, 44, of 940 Quaker Lane Apartment 1621 Warwick, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Domestic-Disorderly Conduct and 2.) Domestic-Vandalism originating out of the Lincoln Police Department.

This arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers locating Mr. Roberts at his residence. Mr. Roberts was taken into custody and turned over to the Lincoln Police Department.

Manufacture, possession, intent to deliver Fentanyl On Monday, Feb. 24 at 4:08 a.m., troopers arrested Andrew Morgan, 37, of 259 Merry Mount Drive, Warwick, RI for:

1.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Fentanyl) and

2.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Fentanyl).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Place, in Pawtucket. Morgan was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator at Sixth Division District Court.

Warrant for shoplifting On Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025 at 2:02 p.m., troopers arrested Morgan L. Boss, 28, of 439 Church St., Wood River Junction, Rhode Island on a Third Division District Court bench warrant for shoplifting originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation. Boss was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third District Court date.

Richmond Rte. 95 stop, DUI charge At 1:26 a.m. Feb. 24, troopers arrested Ryan Oatley, 28, of 408 Fair St., Warwick, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. .10 – .15 (Phase I: .149% & Phase II .146%).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Fourth Division District Court date.

On Wednesday Feb. 26 at 1:56 a.m., troopers arrested Stephen Anderson, 29, of 26 Pequot St., Apartment #3, Providence, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.117% & Phase II: 0.111%).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Anderson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Car fire, Simple assault, domestic disorderly At 7:17 p.m. Feb. 26, troopers arrested Nazariah Genereux, 20, of 42 Hicks St., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the East Providence Police Department and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a car fire on Rte. 95, in the City of Warwick. Genereux was transported to the State Police-Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

Missed court, larceny charge At approximately 9:48 a.m. Feb. 26, troopers arrested Brian Whitney, 54, of 4 Tina Street, Leominster, Massachusetts, on a Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the charge of Larceny Over $500 originating out of the Central Falls Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane, in  Warwick.  Whitney was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and then turned over to Providence Superior Court.

Possession with intent to deliver: Crack Cocaine On Feb. 27, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Brian Thompson, 50, of 10 Althea Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine; and 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine.

Thompson was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Sixth Division District Court, where he was ordered held without bail.

Obtaining Money, False Pretenses On Friday, Feb. 28, 2025 at 4:06 p.m., troopers arrested Denise Jackson, age 51, of 59 Macarthur Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Fraudulent Checks Over $1,500.00 and 2.) Obtaining Property/Money Under False Pretenses Over $1,500.00. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation conducted by the Scituate Barracks, and Jackson subsequently turning herself in to State Police Headquarters. Jackson was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released and given a future Sixth District Court Date.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI charge At 2:32 a.m., troopers arrested Carilenny Francisco, 41, of 31 Mill St., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC .10 – .15 (Phase I: .133% / Phase II: .132%) – First Offense.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
