RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests March 6-14
Wanted in CT On March 6, members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jerome McCarthy, 36, of 82 Abbey Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Connecticut. McCarthy was arraigned in Third Division Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. McCarthy was ordered held at the ACI pending his return to Connecticut.
Missed court, foreign license charge On Saturday March 9 at 11:20 p.m., troopers arrested Michael Valeijo Aillon 34, of 85 Birkshire Drive, Warwick, RI on a Fourth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment with $2,500 surety on the original charge of Operation Under Foreign License, originating out of the Narragansett Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Aillon was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released on surety bail with a future Fourth Division District Court arraignment date.
Missed court, domestic felony assault At 9:48 a.m. March 10, troopers arrested Mayra Delgado, 52, of 129G Rock Ridge Drive, Woonsocket, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Charge of Domestic Violence-Felony Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to 3rd Division District Court for arraignment.
Child porn possession On March 12, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Anthony Dexter, age 23, of 25 Leland Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography.
Dexter was processed at the Wickford Barracks and arraigned in Kent District Court by the Honorable Judge Caruolo, who issued $2,500 surety bail with conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and limited internet use.
Illegal Marijuana Possession/intent to deliver At 9:48 a.m. March 14, troopers arrested Jeremy Jones, 20, of 95 Broadway St., Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License, 2.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession With Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Scheduled I/II, 3.) Possession of Marijuana – Over 2 Ounces, and 4.) Third District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana – Over 2 Ounces originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick.
Jones was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
Domestic simple assault On Friday, March 14, 2025, at 11:45 p.m., troopers arrested Carter Raheem, 26, of 700 Westminster St., Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Domestic Violence – Simple Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Morris Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Raheem was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
This is a test
