Rte. 95, Warwick stop, DUI At 2:55 Feb. 13, troopers arrested Amanda Hodde, 32, of 31 Lane C, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.
Hodde was transported to State Police Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future arraignment date at Third District Court.
Rte, 95, Warwick stop, DUI At 2:33 a.m. Feb. 14, troopers arrested Ernest Jacobs, 33, of 317 Tomaquag Road, Ashaway, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor-BAC .08 to .10-First Offense (Phase I: .103% and Phase II: .099%).
The Arrest was a result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future arraignment date at Third District Court.
Warwick stop, shoplifting warrant At 9:30 a.m. Feb. 14, troopers arrested Andrew Crossman for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating out of the Warwick Police Department on the charge of Misdemeanor Shoplifting.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the City of Warwick. Crossman was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and transported to the Warwick Police Department.
Missed court:Shoplifting, suspended license charges At 10:01 a.m. Feb. 14, troopers arrested Mirian Mazuelos, 48, of 100 Burns St., Apartment #2A, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting – 2nd Offense, originating, out of the Warwick Police Department. 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original Charge of Driving with Suspended/ Revoked/ Canceled License, originating out of the North Providence Police Department and 3) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Expired or Without a License originating out of the North Providence Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Mazuelos was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for Arraignment.
