WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log Nov. 7 – 14  involved charges against three, for charges including reckless driving, felony domestic assault, and DUI.

Reckless Driving On Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 11:30 a.m., troopers arrested Gina Dorsi, 56, of 26 Blue Spruce Lane, South Kingstown, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving.

The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Rte 295 in the City of Warwick, and a subsequent investigation. Dorsi was misdemeanor released from the scene with a future Third District court date.

Felony Domestic Assault On Nov. 14, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested Isaac Rosario, 19, last known address of 12 Lowell Ave. , Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Rhode Island State Police Special Victims Unit for Felony Domestic Assault; 2) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for Fraudulent Use of Credit Card; and 3) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

Rosario was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Massachusetts State Police on scene.

DUI, Rte. 95 At 10:47 p.m., troopers arrested Leny Vasquez, 31, of 138 Oxford St., Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs 1st Offense- B.A.C. Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.

Vasquez was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and later released to the custody of a responsible adult.
