RI Trooper Log: 3 Jailed – Hit & Run, DUI, Missed Court

WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the RI Trooper Log  Sept. 25  – Oct. 5 involved charges for DUI, hit & run, and missed court.

Missed Court, Quaker Lane stop At 10:43 p.m. Sept. 25, troopers arrested Adamary Liranzo Mata,  25, of 76 Earl Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Expired License out of the West Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in Warwick. Ms. Liranzo Mata was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.

Hit & Run On Monday, Sept. 30 at 12:45 a.m., troopers arrested Kayla E. Murray,  23, of 44 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Duty to Stop in Accidents Resulting in Damage to Vehicle.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in  Coventry. Ms. Murray was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.

DUI Rte. 95 Stop At 9:36 p.m. Oct. 2, troopers arrested Nicholas Row, 34, of 170 Hillside Circle, Mansfield, Ohio for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drug – Blood Results Pending.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a single car motor vehicle accident on Rte. 95 in Warwick. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital where he submitted to a blood draw and later transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, and held as a bail violator pending arraignment at Third Division District Court.

DUI, Rte. 95 stop At 12:42 a.m. Oct. 5, troopers arrested Jeanne Lomax, 42, of 2 West Barrows St., Cumberland, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence – BAC .15 or greater (Phase I: .176 BAC and Phase II: .171 BAC) – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in Warwick. Lomax was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
