WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  April 4 – 11 involved charges including reckless driving & DUI after a wrong-way crash on Rte. 295 and a woman wanted for missing court on a charge of obtaining property under false pretenses.

Wrong way crash, DUI charge At 8:15 p.m. April 5, troopers arrested Bianca Valle, 21, of 35 Tanglewood Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test and 3.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a wrong way driver resulting in a motor vehicle crash on Route 295 North in the City of Warwick.

Valle was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.

Missed court, property under false pretenses On Friday, April 11, 2025 at 10:30 a.m., troopers arrested Heidi Davis, 57, of 331 Main Ave., Apt. 1, Warwick, Rhode Island, for an active Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the charge of Obtaining Property Under False Pretenses originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks.

The arrest was the result of Davis subsequently being located at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. Ms. Davis was transported to State Police – Headquarters where she was processed and later transported to Kent County Superior Court.
