Qigong, Meditation & Kungfu Seminar May 24 & 25

$225Ocean State Shaolin is honored to present Shifu Guolin from Shaolin Overseas Headquarters. Join us for a 2 day seminar in Coventry, RI! Shifu Guolin is a 34th generation Shaolin Temple disciple from Henan, China and will be teaching Shaolin style meditation, qigong and kungfu.
The seminar will take place on Saturday May 24 and Sunday May 25. The following schedule is the same on both days:
- morning session is 9:30-12:30
- lunch from 12:30-2pm. Blackstone and Pizza Nomad are next door, you could also bring a lunch if you prefer.
- evening session is from 2-5pm.
All fitness and experience levels are welcome. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced kungfu, tai chi, meditation or qigong practitioner… you will surely find this seminar time well spent! Space is limited.
This is a test
