Coming up soon on December 6th, the 3rd annual Apponaug Winterfest.
Winterfest Parade, Events at City Hall
This has become such a popular event that thousands attend. There will be the parade, pictures with Santa, face painting, hay rides and much more and it’s all free except for the food trucks, and for the very first time, the Greenwood Credit Union City Hall Plaza ice rink will be open and skating will be free until 3 o’clock.
Skate rentals will be available; but there’s a fee for that.
As always there will be off site parking at Tollgate High School with free shuttle busses.
If you’d care to volunteer, we could still use more help that day. See you there!!!
