Driver Wanted For Robbery Parole Violation Arrested on Post Road

WARWICK, RI — A Warwick officer spotted a woman wanted in Attleboro for a robbery parole violation driving a gray 2021 Jeep Wrangler on Post Road April 3 at 9:22 a.m., stopping and arresting her.

Officer Nathaniel Gray was driving his cruiser south on Post Road when he spotted the woman in the Jeep, ran checks and confirmed she was wanted in Attleboro for a robbery parole violation, and also had three warrants in Rhode Island. He pulled the Jeep over with lights and siren at 2003 Post Road, and confirmed the woman’s identity as Nicole Marie Perue, 34, of 81 Harley St., West Warwick.

Gray arrested her and placed her in his cruiser, then transported her to Warwick Police Headquarters, 99 Veterans Memorial Drive, where he processed her and charged her with one count of Fugitive from Justice – felony, along with the three RI warrants. She was transported to Third District Court and turned over to Sheriffs.
