COVENTRY, RI —  The Coventry High School Alumni Association (CHSAA) has announced four inductees to the 2025 Coventry High School Alumni Hall of Fame.

The CHSAA Hall of Fame honors distinguished graduates, educators, and community members whose achievements and service exemplify the Oaker spirit.  Established in 2012, the Hall of Fame recognizes CHS alumni, former or current members of the CHS faculty, administration, or staff, and benefactors who have made significant contributions to the school and the broader community.

Since its inception, 61 individuals and one group have been honored. Many inductees are noted for their commitment to charitable work and for mentoring or serving youth. Nominations are submitted by the general public, alumni members, and school employees, with inductees selected by a dedicated review committee separate from the CHSAA Board. Since 2011, the CHSAA has presented more than $379,000 in scholarships to Coventry High School graduates, with approximately $77,000 slated for 2026.

In addition, the Association has donated over $27,000 to support school projects and initiatives. These funds are made possible through the generosity of donors, bequests, and proceeds from community fundraising events. This year’s Hall of Fame class represents excellence across education, leadership, service, and community impact:

Brooke Tobin Macomber, a 1990 graduate of Coventry High School, has devoted her life to the school and community that shaped her—serving as teacher, coach, assistant principal, and now principal. Recognized as Rhode Island Assistant Principal of the Year and leader of a two-time National Unified Champion School, she has championed inclusion, academic excellence, and student opportunity while embodying the Oaker spirit of pride, unity, and lifelong connection.

Donna Rowles Beaudoin, a 1988 Coventry High School graduate and former Outstanding Female Athlete, has spent her career guiding and supporting generations of Oakers as teacher, coach, counselor, and now Director of Student Services. A lifelong Coventry resident and dedicated leader, she has shaped countless students’ lives through her commitment to academics, athletics, and community engagement.

Daniel G. Hebert, a 1990 Coventry High School graduate and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, has transformed his passion for hard work and service into a lifelong commitment to his community through his restaurants, West Greenwich Town Pizza and Dan’s Place. A generous supporter of youth sports, veterans’ organizations, local charities, and his annual “Giving Thanks” event providing free Thanksgiving meals to families in need, he exemplifies the power of honoring one’s roots and giving back with heart.

Lori A. Ferguson, a former CHS assistant principal and Career and Technical Education Director, has built a distinguished career spanning entrepreneurship, education, and leadership. A statewide leader and past President of the Rhode Island Association of Career and Technical Education, she has created innovative pathways that help students discover purpose and meet workforce needs, continuing to shape the future of education by mentoring new teachers and expanding opportunities for all learners.
