Kent County Arrests
WG Stop, DUI charge At 3:18 p.m. May 19, troopers arrested Jesse Leite, 46, of 367 Woonasquatucket Avenue, North Providence, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
WG arrest, Warrant for Fraudulent Checks On Saturday, May 24, at 9:25 p.m., troopers arrested Joy Moshier, 46, of 23 Walton St., Westerly, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant on the original charge of Fraudulent Checks originating out of the Westerly Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the Town of West Greenwich.
Moshier was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Westerly Police Department.
Rte. 95 stop, reckless driving At 1:25 a.m. May 26, troopers arrested Juan Sanabria, 23, of 11 Trinity Parkway, Providence, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich.
Sanabria was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
WG stop, obstruction charge On Tuesday, May 27 at 1:15 p.m., troopers arrested Jennifer M. Malaret, 41, of 1506 Deal St., Philadelphia, PA, for 1.) Obstruction of an Officer in Execution of Duty.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in West Greenwich. Malaret was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a Third Division District Court date.
