Warwick Arrests April 2025: B&E, Prostitution, Embezzlement, Assault

WARWICK, RI — WPD April 2025 Warwick arrests included charges for DUI, larceny, domestic violence, embezzlement, B&E, and prostitution.

Warwick Police made 194 arrests during this period, according to Warwick Police records. Below are the  basic details of specific Warwick arrests, followed by the numbers of arrests for each charge.

 

April 2025 Warwick Arrests Details

Two arrested for embezzlement At 9:46 p.m. April 1, Officer Connor Craig arrested Heluska Scholl, 24 of 39 Anthony St., West Warwick, and Mitchell Avon, 22, of 138 Spofford Ave., Warwick,  charging them each with embezzlement and fraudulent conversion greater than $100. 

Scholl was arraigned April 2 in Third Division District Court and scheduled for a court screening on June 30 and released on $3,000 surety bond. 

Javon was was arraigned April 2 in Third Division District Court and scheduled for a court screening on June 30 and released on $3,000 surety bond. His bail was later updated to $10,000 personal recognizance on May 12. 

Prostitution, posession with intent to deliver At 5:28 p.m. April 2, Officer Katerina Athaide arrested Milbia Hernandez, 23, of 209 Waldo St., Providence, RI, charging her with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and prostitution, first offense.

B&E, felony conspiracy At 12:12 a.m. April 12, Officer Michael Petrarca Jr. arrested Gerald Stellenberg Jr., 57, of 6 Peacock Drive, Coventry, charging him with breaking and entering a public place/business with felonious intent and felony conspiracy greater than 5-10 years.

Disorderly conduct /Simple assault At 2:44 a.m. April 10, Officer Charles Vella arrested Rasheen Pierce, 32, charging him with disorderly conduct, simple assault, and resisting arrest.
