No contact violation On Sunday, March 30 at 1:48 a.m., troopers arrested Luis Perez Laboy, 34, of 88 Comstock Avenue, Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence – Violation of a No Contact Order – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick.
Laboy was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment by a Justice of the Peace where he will be presented as a Bail Violator.
WPD, RISP nab hit & run suspect On Saturday, March 30 at 10:30 p.m., troopers arrested Frank A. Campagnone, 39, of 36 King Road, Foster, Rhode Island, for 1.) Duty to Stop in Accidents Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle.
The arrest was the result of a hit and run motor vehicle accident investigation, and Warwick Police locating the suspect vehicle. The subject was taken into custody by members of the Warwick Police Department for the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor with a Child Passenger under the Age of Twelve.
Campagnone was held overnight at the Warwick Police Department pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator on the Warwick Police, as well as, the State Police charges.
Rte. 95 stop in Warwick, DUI charge At 12:25 a.m. April 4, troopers arrested Robert F. Venditto, 63, of 104 Potter Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in Warwick.
Venditto was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
