WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests June 6 involving Warwick spanned charges for DUI, and firearms violations after a pellet gun was shot from a car at another vehicle on Rte. 4.
DUI arrest, Rte. 95 West Greenwich At 1:48 a.m. June 6, troopers arrested Wayne Moniz, 52, of 1168 Fish Hill Road, West Greenwich, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Moniz was transported the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.
DUI arrest, Rte. 95 West Warwick At 2:11 a.m. June 6, troopers arrested Amanda Mailloux, 32, of 6200 Post Road, North Kingstown, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and 3.) Driving with a Suspended License – Second Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed and arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.
Pellet gun shot at car on Rte. 4 At approximately 5:58 p.m. June 6, troopers arrested Noah Valenti Ochs, 21, of 78 Dawes St. West Warwick for 1.) Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited (four counts) 2.) Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
The arrest was the result of an E-911 call to the barracks for a vehicle shooting a pellet gun at another vehicle on Rte. 4 North in the area of West Allenton Road, and Troopers subsequently locating the vehicle on Quaker Lane in the Town of North Kingstown.
Ochs was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
