RI Trooper Warwick Arrests April 13 – 17
No Contact Violation At 11 p.m. April 13, troopers arrested Wilfredo Perez, 30, of 30 Verndale Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island for Violation of a No Contact Order – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Perez was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court where he will be presented as a bail violator.
Family Court Warrant, Obstruction Charge On Monday, April 13, 2026, at 9:34 AM, Troopers arrested Keane Perry, age 52, of 77 Central Ave, 3rd Floor, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and 2.) Sixth Division District Family Court Bench Warrant on a non-criminal charge of Body Reciprocal. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was processed at the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks and later transported to Third Division District Court.
