Trooper Warwick Arrests March 21: Embezzling, DUI

WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the area March 14 – 21 included charges for embezzling, DUI, child endangerment and an unregistered sex offender.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police RI Trooper Log Warwick arrests:

 

RI Trooper Warwick Arrests  March 14 -21

Embezzlement Charge At 9:20 p.m. March 14, troopers arrested Admilson Depina, 26 of 21 Cary Street, Brockton, Massachusetts, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of Pawtucket Police Department on the original charge of Embezzlement and Fraudulent Conversion.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in the City of Warwick. Depina was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

NK Stop, DUI Charge At 10:35 p.m., March 14, troopers arrested Andrew Celani, 36 of 311 Long St., Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Liquor/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138, in the Town of North Kingstown.

Celani, was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.

Failing to Register, Sex Offender On March 13, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Joshua Lessard, 45, last known address of 1125 West Shore Road, Floor 1, Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Lessard was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Warwick Police Department.

Rte. 95 Stop, DUI Charge On Tuesday, March 17, at 10:18 p.m., troopers arrested Lila Giguere, 25, of 52 New Road, Exeter, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Child Endangerment, Illegal Drug Charges At 12:45 a.m. March 18, troopers arrested Serena Manos, 28, of 8 Ballard St., Saugus, MA, for 1.) Child Endangerment. 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I to V- 10 grams > 1 ounce – First Offense. 3.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I to V 10 grams or less.

The arrest was the result of locating a vehicle involved in a BOLO from Massachusetts State Police. The vehicle was subsequently stopped on Centerville Avenue in Warwick. Manos was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

Child Endangerment, Illegal Drug Charges At 12:45 a.m. March 18, troopers arrested Haley Conley-Pierce, 28, of 261 Turner Road, Rockland, Massachusetts, for 1.) Child Endangerment. 2.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I to V 10 grams > 1 ounce – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of locating a vehicle involved in a BOLO from Massachusetts State Police. The vehicle was subsequently stopped on Centerville Avenue in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

Missed Court, Assault Charge At 1:37 a.m. March 18, troopers arrested Zamyah Brown, 19, of 45 Dryden Boulevard, Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Sixth District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Simple Assault originating out of the East Providence Police Department.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Women’s Intake Center.

Wanted in Florida On March 19, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Warwick Police Department arrested Nicole M. Dimeo, 39, last known address of 453 Namquid Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the State of Florida for Probation Violation on an original charge of Dangerous Drugs; and 2) Providence County Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on an original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V originating from the Providence Police Department.

Dimeo was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

Missed Court, Drug Possession Charge On Friday, March 21, at 7:40 p.m., troopers arrested Nicholas Cirignano, 45, of 105 Randolph Street, Abington, Massachusetts, for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference, on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance, originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ford Lane, in Warwick. Cirignano was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and later transported the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center.
