

WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the area Feb. 20 – March 6 included charges for DUI and driving with a suspended license.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Feb. 20 – March 6
DUI stop, Airport Connector At 10:50 p.m. Feb. 28, troopers arrested Lenus Nixon, 42, of 4 Redwood Drive, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers locating a BOLO vehicle on Airport Connector Road, in the City of Warwick.
Nixon was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
WW Stop, Expired License At 8:40 p.m. Feb. 27, troopers arrested Brendon Laflamme, 31, of 221 Waldo St., Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) an Active Third District Court Bench Warrant for the original charge of Driving with an Expired License originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks and 2.) Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – 4th+ Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Legris Avenue in West Warwick. Laflamme was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the ACI – Men’s Intake Center
