WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Feb. 13 – 20 included charges for DUI, fentanyl possession, and larceny.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Feb. 13 – 20

Rte. 95 stop, DUI On Monday, Feb. 16, at 11:20 p.m., troopers arrested Jesse Prestly,  47, of 100 Elena Street Apt. 207, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: .222%; Phase II: .226%) – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick.

Prestly was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI On Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 1:29 a.m., troopers arrested Shackiellia Pridgen, 36, of 61 Candace St. Floor 2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense; 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick.

Pridgen was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

Fentanyl, Larceny On Thursday, Jan. 19, 2026 at 11:19 p.m., troopers arrested Jeremy Holcomb, 45, of 3188 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled; Substance – Under 10 Grams (Fentanyl); 2.) Larceny.
