WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Jan 10 – 14. included charges for larceny of firearms and reckless driving.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Jan. 10 –

The following Warwick arrests were recorded by RI State Police between Jan. 10

Reckless Driving At 8:15 p.m. Jan. 14 troopers arrested Richard A. Forcier, 52, of 405 Beach Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving Eluding Law Enforcement First Offense, 2.) Reckless Driving First Offense, 3.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty, 4.) Driving with a Suspended License Fourth & Subsequent Offense, and 5.) Weapons Other than Firearms Prohibited.

The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the Warwick Police Department subsequently locating Forcier. Forcier was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a probation violator at Sixth Division District Court.

Missed court, Suspended License At 9:30 a.m. Jan. 14, troopers arrested Matthew Durfee, 39, of 31 Laurel Lane, Warren, Rhode Island, for 1.) Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the Portsmouth State Police Barracks.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Durfee was transported to the Wickford State Police Barracks, where he was processed and transported to Second Division District Court.

Wanted for Burglary of Firearms, in MA On Jan. 14, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Cameron Padien, 19, of 325 Thames Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for Burglary of Firearms originating out of the Holliston Police Department.

Padien was processed at the Wickford Barracks and arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice in Third District Court.
