Trooper Kent County Arrests Dec. 14: Rte. 95 DUIs

KENT COUNTY, RI — Kent County arrests in the RI Trooper Log  Dec. 1-13 involved charges for DUI after a stop on Rte. 95 and a trespass charge after a reported disturbance.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police Kent County arrests:

Kent County Arrests Dec. 5 -14

Willful Trespass Charge On Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, at 4:08 P.M., Troopers arrested Mitchell N. Dampier, 28, of 1543 Main St. #2, West Warwick, for 1) Willful Trespass. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 5 Rolling Hill Drive, Exeter for the report of a disturbance. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 1:50 p.m. Dec. 10, troopers arrested Kyree Washington, age 19, of 66 Westfield Street Apt 14, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of Marijuana – More than Two Ounces. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 South in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, specially arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men’s Intake Center, where he will be held as a Bail Violator.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI Charge On Wednesday, Dec. 10,  at 8:36 p.m., troopers arrested Katasha R. Graham, 45, of 11750 West 135th St., Overland Park, Kansas, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance/Drugs/Toluene – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to an erratic operator on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich.

Graham was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
