WARWICK, RI — WPD November 2025 Warwick arrests included charges for DUI, larceny, robbery, domestic violence, embezzlement and illegal drugs.

Warwick Police made 163 arrests during this period, according to Warwick Police records. Below are the  basic details of specific Warwick arrests, followed by the numbers of arrests for each charge.

November 2025 Warwick Arrests Details

Embezzlement On Nov. 3, at 7:46 p.m, Warwick Police Officer Matthew Maloney arrested Alicia M. Martinelli, 36, of 98 Lipitt Ave., #Rear, Warwick, RI, charging her with two counts of Embezzlement and Fraudulent Conversion, more than $100. She was scheduled for a court screening in Third Division District Court on Feb. 2, 2026, and released on $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Larceny On Nov. 11, at 6:24 a.m, Warwick Police Officer Matthew T Caradimos arrested Jayson Shute, 38, of 1439 Main St., West Warwick, RI, charging him with larceny, greater than $10,000, and Conspiracy – Felony, greater than 5 to 10 years. He was arraigned the same day in Third Division District Court, scheduled for a court hearing on the charges on Jan. 26, 2026, and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

Robbery, Second Degree On Nov. 19, at 10:07 a.m., Warwick Police Officer Alejandro J Martinez arrested Jesus A. Marmol, 32, of 94 Babcock St., Providence, RI, charging him with Second Degree Robbery. He was arraigned the same day in Third Division District Court, scheduled for a court hearing on the charges on Feb. 2, 2026, and released on a $3,000 surety bond with a – Non-Domestic No Contact Order.

Robbery, Second Degree On Nov. 21, Warwick Police Officer Kevin P Grant arrested Danny Reyes, 31, of 262 Washington St., Providence, RI, charging him with Second Degree Robbery. He was arraigned the same day in Third Division District Court, scheduled for a court hearing on the charges on Feb. 2, 2026, and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
