WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Nov. 25 – Dec. 6  involved charges for DUI, shoplifting, and child molestation.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Nov. 25 – Dec. 6

The following Warwick arrests were recorded by RI State Police between Nov. 25 and Dec. 6:

Missed court, shoplifting charge At 5:25 p.m. Nov. 29, troopers arrested Jason Crudden, 41, of 4 Blue Sky Drive, Apt. 1, Westerly, Rhode Island on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of 1.) Shoplifting originating out of the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in Warwick. Crudden was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake Center pending arraignment.

ACI IDs Massachusetts fugitive On Nov. 26, 2025, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Joshua Fuller, 45, with last known address of 18 Lancaster Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts. Fuller was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department pending his return to Massachusetts.

Rte. 95 crash, DUI charge On Tuesday Dec. 2, 2025, at 6 p.m., troopers arrested Brian Finegan, 35, of 23 Verndale St., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a Motor Vehicle Collision on Rte. 95 North, in the City of Providence. Finegan was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Child molestation charges On Nov. 25, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Donte Brown, 18, of 406 West Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Warwick Police Department for the following: 1) First-Degree Child Molestation; and 2) Second-Degree Child Molestation.

Brown was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Warwick Police Department on scene.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI charge At 3:15 a.m. Dec. 5, troopers arrested Zachary Fitzgerald, 22, of 45 Winter St., Taunton, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I .273%, Phase II .272%).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Fitzgerald was transported to State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
