DUI, Rte. 95 stop At 9:40 p.m., troopers arrested James O’Connor, 61, of 45 Larch Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drug – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the B.A.T. Mobile for processing and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
DUI, Rte. 95 At 3:22 a.m. Nov. 29, troopers arrested Christopher Knight, 23, of 317 Fouth Street, Apartment 2N, Fall River, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – Second Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of Troopers checking a disabled motor vehicle on Rte. 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
