WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the Warwick RI Trooper Log  Oct. 22-26 involved charges for DUI, missed court on shoplifting and obstruction charges, and a suspended license.

RI Trooper Log Warwick Arrests Oct. 22 –

The following Warwick arrests were recorded by RI State Police between Oct. 22 and Oct. 26:

Missed Court, Shoplifting  Charge On Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025 at 10:11 a.m., troopers arrested Randy J. Martin, 52, of 14 Douglas St., West Warwick, Rhode Island, for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for arraignment, on the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. Martin was processed at the Wickford Barracks where he was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released.

Missed Court, Obstruction Charge On Sunday, Oct. 26, at 1:14 a.m., troopers arrested John Dorfils, 25, of 1370 Acushnet Ave., Apt #2, New Bedford, Massachusetts on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty, originating out of the State Police-Hope Valley Barracks.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Dorfils was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake.

DUI Charge, Rte. 95 Stop On Sunday, Oct. 26, at 2:50 a.m., troopers arrested Elvis Beltran, 60, of 17 Kearsarge St. Apt #25, New Bedford, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC .10 to .15 – 1st Offense (Phase I 0.123%, Phase II 0.122%).

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Beltran was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.

Warwick Stop, Suspended License On Sunday, Oct. 26 at 4:37 p.m., troopers arrested Manuel Ixcotoy Tzoc, 28, of 12 Friendly Road, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving with Suspended License – Certain Violations.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop in the City of Warwick. Tzoc was processed at the State Police Wickford Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
