WARWICK, RI — This Warwick weekend offers a car and bike meet, motorcycle ride-in movie night, perfect for bike fanatics, along with a fall festival, a fundraiser walk and 5k, the last Conimicut Village Farmer’s Market of the year, coinciding with a village-wide yard sale.

The Warwick weekend weather forecast promises partly cloudy with a chance of showers, with a high near 78 Friday, partly sunny, with a high near 75 Saturday, and mostly cloudy, with a high near 73 Sunday, the National Weather Service reports.

Here are some events and happenings to help you decide where you’re spending this Warwick weekend:

Warwick Weekend Events Friday: 

Farmers Market at Goddard Memorial State Park Support and enjoy local food and farmers! Join our weekly farmers market from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and get to know the hardworking people who grow your veggies, fruit, flowers, and favorite foods! For the first few weeks, the market mostly offers bedding plants, hanging plants, cut flowers, meat, early vegetable crops, honey, and maple syrup. As traditional local summer crops become available, additional vendors will participate.

 Roger Williams Food Truck Fridays End your week at Food Truck Friday – an outdoor food truck festival at Carousel Village starting at 5 pm. Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from an ever changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week.

The Carousel campus has a lot of open space and rolling hills shaded by trees, the perfect spot to grab dinner from a food truck and listen to music and entertainment during the park’s Food Truck Fridays event. The outdoor food truck festival at Carousel Village starts at 5 pm. Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from an ever changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week.

Bring Your Own Improv, WCFA Bring Your Own Improv is back for family friendly live performances every Friday at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tickets are $11.63. If you’re looking for something fun to do late on a Friday night in Warwick, they’ve got you covered. Their Caffeinated Insomniacs Comedy show – designed for teens and adults – is the place to be at 10 p.m. Their show welcomes voluntary audience participation. You can participate in one of three ways: applaud for a scene you like, yell out fantastic suggestions, or if you feel you’re ready, jump up and get involved.

Warwick Weekend Events Saturday:

Conimicut Village-wide Yard Sale Come wander the Village and have fun during the village-wide Yard Sale 8-3. More than 60 Conimicut Village Homes will hold yard sales this Saturday. Get ready to browse and bid on items collected from closets, basements, and garages in the village. Hard copies of this map will be available at the corner of Beach Ave and West Shore Road – church side – by 7 a.m. on Saturday.

Slocum Fall Festival and Pumpkin Giveaway Fall is in the air, and we’re celebrating in true Slocum style. Join us at our brand new headquarters at 4372 Post Road, Warwick on Saturday, September 27 from 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. for a fun-filled fall day. This free event will feature live music, face painting, pumpkin painting, delicious food from a local food truck, free pumpkins for your home, and more. Whether you’re swinging by on your lunch break or bringing the whole family for the afternoon, this is a fall event you don’t want to miss. Bring your friends, grab a pumpkin, snap some pics, and enjoy an awesome autumn afternoon with the Sloum team.

Motorcycle Ride-In Movie Night Join Russ’ Ocean State Harley-Davidson on Saturday, September 27 at 6:00 p.m. for a screening of “The Great Escape” (1963). There will be popcorn and other various refreshments available. This event is free to attend. Hope to see you there!

27th Annual RI Optimism Walk and 5k Fun Run Mark your calendars and get ready to step up for Parkinson’s. Join us on Saturday, September 27 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. for the Rhode Island Optimism Walk and 5k Fun Run, as we come together to raise awareness and critical funds to support those impacted by Parkinson’s disease. Check-in and pre-event activities begin at 9:00 a.m. The 5k Fun Run begins at 10:00 a.m., and the Optimism Walk begins at 11:00 a.m.

The Optimism Walk is more than just a walk— it’s a movement. Your participation helps provide local resources, support groups, exercise classes, and educational programs for the Parkinson’s community. Gather your family, friends, and colleagues to form a team or participate individuallY— all are welcome.

Pups at Par Join us at 150 Gray St., Warwick every Saturday from 12-4 p.m. for Pups at Par. Bring your well-behaved furry friends for a relaxing lunch at our scenic property. Treat yourself to delicious food while your pups explore and unwind in a pet-friendly atmosphere, where they can even enjoy some pup-friendly menu specials. Don’t miss out on the fun and a chance to make some new furry-friends.

Conimicut Village Farmers Market Come to the season’s last local farmers market every Saturday morning 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at William Shields American Legion Post 43, 662 West Shore Road. Enjoy fresh, locally grown produce, unique handmade goods, and support small businesses in your community. It’s a great way to connect with neighbors and experience the vibrant flavors of the season. Music by Nicole Bruno, breakfast sandwiches by American Legion Post 43.

This farmers market will take place every Saturday till Sept. 27.

Warwick Weekend Events Sunday:

Car and Bike Meet Rev up your engines and join us on Saturday, September 28 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Uno Pizzeria and Grill for an evening of cars, food, and fun. Bring your ride, show it off, and connect with fellow car enthusiasts while enjoying great food and drinks from Uno. Whether you’re a classic car lover, muscle car fan, or just want to check out some incredible vehicles, this is the place to be.

Trivia Sunday at Shannon View Inn Sunday Trivia Night Alert! Gather your friends and put your knowledge to the test this Sunday, September 28 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for our Funday Sunday Trivia Night. Whether you’re a trivia master or just in it for the fun, there’s something for everyone. Prizes, drinks, and a whole lot of brainpower await.
