DUI stop, Rte. 95 At 6:24 p.m. July 15, troopers arrested Robert Frye, 55, of 274 Hartford Ave., Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – 2nd Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test 3.) Driving with an Expired or Without a License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense 4.) Disorderly Conduct and 5.) Destruction of State Property.
The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a Motor Vehicle Accident on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. Frye was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he processed and held for morning arraignment at Third District Court as a probation violator.
DUI stop, Centerville Road At 8:28 p.m. July 18, troopers arrested Maxwell Ferrara, 62, of 40 Hazard Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and was released to a responsible adult.
