CPD Investigating July 16 Motorcycle-Pickup Crash

COVENTRY, RI — Wednesday, at  6:26 p.m., Coventry Police and the Central Coventry Fire Department responded to Hill Farm Road for a reported motorcycle-pickup crash.

The man riding the motorcycle was transported by Central Coventry Fire personnel to Rhode Island Hospital with serious, but not life threatening, injuries, according to Coventry Police.

The driver of the car remained on scene, along with witnesses. Both the pickup driver and the motorcyclist are cooperating with police, according to the department.

There are no signs of impairment, Coventry Police reported.

The accident remains under investigation.
