Warwick Arrests June 2025: Stolen Vehicles, Assault, DUI

WARWICK, RI — WPD June 2025 Warwick arrests included charges for DUI, larceny, domestic violence, possession of large-capacity firearm feeds, assault and stolen vehicles.

Warwick Police made 201 arrests during this period, according to Warwick Police records. Below are the  basic details of specific Warwick arrests, followed by the numbers of arrests for each charge.

 

June 2025 Warwick Arrests Details

Domestic violence, large-capacity firearm feed device On June 1, WPD Zachary Black arrested Partric D. Metz, 34, of 107 Underwood Ave., Warwick, charging him with domestic violence, domestic violence disorderly conduct, and four counts of  Possession of prohibited large-capacity firearm feeding devices. He was arraigned June 24, scheduled for a court screening Aug. 25, and released on $3,000 personal recognizance.

Possession of stolen vehicle On June 3, 6:29 p.m., WPD Officer Connor Bemis arrested Morgan Kelley, 26, of 59 Pond St., West Warwick, RI, charging them with possession of a stolen vehicle, first offense. Morgan was arraigned on the charge in Third District Court June 12, scheduled for a July 21 court screening and released on $3,000 personal recognizance.

Possession of stolen vehicle, stolen goods On June 4, at 6:36 a.m., WPD Officer Bryan Araujo arrested Roger Figarato Cabral, 34, of 32 Cancace St., Apt. Providence, RI, charging him with possession of a stolen vehicle, first offense, and possession of stolen goods. He was arraigned in Third District Court that day, scheduled for a status conference hearing July 17, and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.

Possession of stolen vehicle On June 30, 6:29 p.m., WPD Sgt. Aaron Kay arrested Nickolas Mizzoni, 24, of 117 Overbrook Ave., Warwick, RI, charging them with possession of a stolen vehicle, first offense. Mizzoni was arraigned on the charge in Third District Court July 1, scheduled for a Sept. 29 court screening and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
